sports and girls

Why is the "cool" girl in movies always expected to care about sports? Why can't we be cool and not care about sports? Why isn't she ever like, "I don't know what the hell you're talking about, but I sure read some good poetry last night!"

Alas.

Still not interested in football. The game is over now, I think. "We" won, I guess. I dunno. I'm sitting in my room with a jug of Carlo.

Don't go to graduate school.

I created this blog as a joke. But seriously, the olympics are boring. And creepy.

So is football. Remind me again why I'm moving to yet another football-obsessed college town?

Oh right, because they're paying me to do a Ph.D. in the humanities.
